SHIPPING BASICS

Our policies are a key part of serving you better and making sure you know exactly how we work to bring you the best.

DELIVERY POLICIES

  • Getting Started: To enjoy our delivery service, simply register on our website and provide your contact and delivery details. This helps us get your order to you perfectly!

  • How to Order: We’re here to help! You can place your order through our website, via WhatsApp, or by phone.

  • In-Store Pickup: If you’re in the neighborhood, feel free to stop by! We also offer in-store pickup at our shop.

DELIVERY COSTS

  • Current Promotion: We are happy to offer Free Delivery throughout February 2026!

  • Special Offers: Keep an eye out for our upcoming promotions where shipping fees may be waived, discounted, or remain at our standard rate.

  • Standard Rate: Our regular shipping fee is only $20 MXN.

DELIVERY HOURS

  • Weekdays: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Saturdays: Until 12:00 PM (Noon).

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Planning your delivery: We coordinate every delivery directly with you to agree on the best day and time.

  • Real-time updates: We’ll keep you posted! We will notify you to let you know if your order is in the queue, scheduled for later, or out for direct delivery within our business hours.

  • Holiday Schedule: Please keep in mind that during holidays—especially December 24th and 31st—delivery times may vary due to high traffic in the area. We appreciate your patience during these busy dates!

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Cash Payments: To keep things simple, our delivery team only carries enough change for $500 MXN bills.

  • When We Arrive: Once we reach your door at the agreed time, our driver will let you know by text message, phone call, and/or by knocking at your door.

  • Wait Time: We want to get your chorizo to you fresh! Our drivers can wait for up to 10 minutes for the order to be received.

  • Failed Deliveries

  • We will have to return the product to the shop if:

  • No one is available to receive the order.

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect.

  • We are unable to reach you via phone or WhatsApp.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • Pick up your order: You are more than welcome to pick up your product directly at our business location.

  • Help us be ready: Just let us know who will be picking it up, as well as the day and time you'll be arriving. This way, we can have everything fresh and ready for you!
