It all started in the year 1955
Family origins, traditional general stores (tiendas de raya), and a small town where people lived off the land.

History is deeply important to us. We honor the hard work and tenacity of our ancestors, who, using simple tools and the glow of kerosene lamps, handcrafted our products. It all began with humble beginnings: traditional pig farming and old-fashioned butcheries in the town of Las Palmas, Jalisco.
